Hydraulic bottle jack

Characteristic:

Mechanical device used to multiply a relatively small applied force so that it can lift and support heavy loads, or sometimes, move massive objects into a desired position. The main products include the Hydraulic jack, Scissors jack and Screw jack. Scissors jack often used in lifting automobiles, it has a lever combined with a ratchet; the lever is used to lift the load a small distance and the ratchet prevents the load from falling back while the lever is reset so that the process can be repeated. In the screw jack the load is moved or lifted by the turning of a screw; the pitch of the screw threads is arranged so that friction is sufficient to hold the load in place when the torque applied to the screw is released. Hydraulic jack prevents its power from the motion or pressure of liquid.

How to use:

1)    park vehicle at a safe and flat ground surface.

2)    Set the parking brake of the vehicle.

3)    Fix the wheel in the diagonal direction of flat tire with a wooden support.

4)    Position the jack at the right location of car under body.

5)    After closing the release valve, lift the car body up by operating the lever up and down.

6)    When a release valve is slowly release valve is slowly released while holding lever firm after changing tire, it goes down.

Notes:

1)    Do not use over Rated load.

2)    Make sure that nobody is around car when operating jack.

3)    Make sure that the load of the heavy object is placed on the center of jack supporter.

4)    Do not go under the heavy object when operating jack or while the jack is being used.

5)    Fix the jack Stand under the car body for safety.

6)    Do not unscrew the release valve during jack operation.

7)    Do not loosen the release valve more than two turns.
